In-Me Science Institute offers a groundbreaking program of guided meditation of "Mindfulness" therapeutic, to perform in a group.
Mindfulness guided meditation, also called presence-centered meditation, is a practice of intentionally focusing on the present moment, paying attention to one’s thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations.
This is usually done by following the instructions of a guide, who can direct attention to breathing, physical sensations, or other aspects of the present experience.
This practice is often used to:
- Reduce stress,
- Improve concentration,
- Improve memory
- physical and mental.
The goal of meditation therapy “In-Me innerPeace” is to achieve a state of consciousness relaxed, without judgment, and to cultivate a mindfulness of the present moment.
“In-Me InnerPeace” helps develop greater self-awareness, resilience and inner peace.
Our guided “In-Me InnerPeace Meditation” sessions are inspired, among others, by the principles of “Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction” (MBSR) by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
