“Mindfulness In-Me” combines all the essential elements of “Mindfulness” with a unique program of psychological work.

Each module is composed of theory and a large part of practice.
- Between modules, you master your new knowledge within a practice group. You receive equipment for your regular practice at home. And you prepare for exams step by step.
- By following our In-Me Mindfulness training program, in accordance with the guidelines of the Institutes for Mindfulness Evolving, the world's largest Mindfulness association, you will be able to unlock your full potential.
At the end of the training, after passing the end-of-training exams, you will receive the title and international certificate from the “Institutes for Mindfulness Evolving”.

The In-Me Mindfulness fondations is the foundation of your journey towards stress reduction and more peaceful relationships.
This introductory course introduces you to various mindfulness meditations and psychological techniques and teaches you how to apply them.
Step by step, you introduce mindfulness, joy and serenity into your life.
This introductory course is based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s MBSR course, supplemented with modern psychological techniques.
No prior experience is required.
